An XL statement piece built around a large cross motif, this pre-owned vintage Chanel necklace suspends red, green and blue cabochons from a gold-toned double chain. Four additional smaller chains fall from the cross, each finished with faux pearl detailing that softens the piece's otherwise bold silhouette. The scale and colour of the cabochons give it real presence against the body, catching the eye whether worn over a plain jumper or layered against an open collar, while the double chain and layered smaller chains bring movement and depth every time the piece shifts. A lobster claw clasp allows the length to be adjusted to preference, and given its scale, the necklace is best styled against something dainty and gold, letting this XL piece do the talking rather than competing with it. This necklace measures 53.3cm in circumference with a pendant drop of 21cm.
