Bold and unmistakably vintage, these pre-owned Chanel earrings date to the 1980s and were the luxurious creation of Maison Gripoix, made exclusively for Chanel. A large central ruby red stone in Gripoix glass anchors each earring, set against a gold-toned base and framed by oversized chainlink embellishment. That chainlink motif runs throughout much of Chanel's design history, drawing its inspiration from the brand's signature 2.55 bag strap, and here it lends the earrings a sense of drama and scale.

Designed as clip-ons, they are a true statement piece, best worn with the hair swept back so the red stone and chain detailing can command attention.
